Tony's Return to Starlight Shores - Part 1

Arriving at Starlight Shores, Tony felt strange. He hadn't been there in over 20 years, since he had met Cassandra in his college days. And it had been even longer since he had been to the Steele's, but he knew more or less what he would encounter there.

For starters there was his former mother-in-law, Myriam Royale, who hadn't exactly been his "fan" since his divorce from Cassandra, let alone after his two other failed marriages, not to mention his problems with alcohol. However, Myriam had not hesitated to ask for his help in trying to cheer Cassandra up, and she had received him warmly. (Perhaps because she didn't know yet that he was returning from his honeymoon after marrying his fourth wife, Jeannine).

Simon Steele, Cassandra's father, was also there. Simon had always shown sympathy for Tony, even during the most difficult years of his marriage with Cass and even after their divorce. He and Myriam still looked wonderful, not as the seniors they already were, but as timeless superstars.

And there was also Jade, the youngest daughter of the Steeles, a teenager about the same age as Bradley whom Tony had never had the opportunity to meet before. She was as pretty as Cassandra, which was to be expected since all the Steeles were good looking. The family was friendly enough to invite him to breakfast, but Tony didn't want to interfere in their lives. so, after thanking them for the invitation, he went straight upstairs to Cassandra's bedroom.

Myriam had warned him that Cassandra was depressed and somewhat moody; plus she didn't know he would be traveling to Starlight Shores, so he had to be prepared for her reaction. Tony knew Cassandra all too well, so he would be able to deal with it....

Finally it stopped raining in Starlight Shores!

This time she was lucky, the propietor was really impressed and got her a gig for the next evening.

 

There was a celebrity party at Miranda's house. There, Michelle had the opportunity to meet the celebrated acrobat Simon Steele, known as Simon The Firefly.

 She even was able to dance with him. It was one of the most fun parties she had ever attended.

 

Michelle and Miranda see each other often, but not in this circumstances. It was really unforgettable. Hopefully she will be as famous as her sister one day.

It's almost the break of dawn, time to go home.

As it was Nick's turn to use the car, Michelle had to return home on the Kenspa, it was so much fun!

What wasn't any fun was that Michelle had been smoking too much lately. Her agent had issued an ultimatum: either she quit smoking or she'd have to say goodbye to her singing career. 

Michelle promised that she wouldn't smoke another cigarette.

"This will be the last, I swear".

The Diva and Divo of Starlight Shores

Starlight Shores, Memories of April 24, 2013

We're going back briefly to Starlight Shores, to take a look at the life of the rich and famous. We were at the residence of the diva and divo Miryam Royale and Simon Steele (Cassandra's parents) who were entertained playing a pool match.

Pool is Simon's favorite hobby. Myriam isn't an expert but she always plays with him.

 Myriam failed her shot, but didn't give up.

 "Doesn't matter, I'll recover in the next round".

They were both having great fun until Simon's phone rang. They wanted to hire him for a tour. Let's not forget he's Simon The Firefly, a famous Master Acrobat.

Simon went on tour that same day.

It's the first time he'd perform in Appaloosa Plains.

"So long, Starlight Shores. I'll be back soon."

Myriam stayed home alone. She should be used to this tour thing, but she always misses Simon a lot when he travels. It's obvious. It's just the two of them since Cassandra, Dominic and Vincent got married.

Of course, their cats Patches and French Fry keep them company.

But still, Myriam always will miss Simon. They are already inseparable, and alike other famous diva and divo couples, they've never had a problem. They get along beautfiully and they're not jealous about each other's careers.

"I wish Simon a wonderful time on his tour".

Simon returned home late at night. His performance in Appaloosa Plains was a resounding success, the only bad thing was he didn't have time to see the city. Well, it would be some other time.

Another one of Simon's hobbies is to prepare cocktails. Recently he descovered how to mix Romantic Drink, which fixes all relationship problems and the mood of the drinker with  its delicate and seductive flavor. Though it takes practice to perfect it, this drink will be a success no doubt.

Too bad Myriam couldn't try Simon's new drink. She was so tired that she fell asleep in the couch. It would be some other time. The important thing is that they are both together at home again.

SimFest and Acrobatic Show

Starlight Shores, December 14, 2012

Simon has just returned from a tour. Patches is the one who came to welcome him, since Myriam has gone to Verde Park to see The Great Winston's show, even with the intense rain.

The Great Winston asked for a volunteer for his act, the Danger Box. Sadie Mason was glad to participate.

Winston stuck one of the swords.

And there she is, safe and sound!

Sadie is very excited.

How would she not be, if she has just shared the stage with The Great Winston, one of the best magicians in Starlight Shores. (Although he currently lives in Moonlight Falls).

After the show, Myriam ran into Charlie Ray Buckshot and had to listen to his boring talk. Then, she went back home.

That night, a burglar tried to rob the Steele-Royale's house.

"I think that is all. The stolen goods have returned to their place".

The next day, Myriam participated in the SimFest at the Fall Festival.

Her faithful husband was there of course to cheer her up.

It was a great performance as always. Myriam garnered a lot of applause, but...

"And the winner is... The Great Winston".

Winston Casanova went on stage to collect his award.

Myriam is a bit sad cause she didn't win (she almost always does), but she admitted that The Great Winston is a an excellent magician. She would've asked him for an autograph, but again, Sadie Mason hogged him.

Simon should live or he will be late for his gig at the Flying V. Coffee House.

And he starts the show with the bouncing ball act.

As usual, the number came out perfect.

Impeccable performance!

Simon closed the show with the Ring of Fire. Everything was a complete success.
