Pool Party With the Chos

JJust like Tyron wanted, he and Candice threw a Pool Party for all the family (or almost all of it) to tell them about her pregnancy.

Dale and Kelly attended. They look more relaxed since they left Terence house to rent their own place.

Among the guests were as well Grandpa Davy; Tyron's mom, Tera; and two party crashers, namely Cynthia Vanderburg (God knows how she found out 'cause Kelly doesn't talk to her anymore).

And great grandfather Karim, who isn't a Cho, but his daughter, grandma Tanya (Davy's wife) is, so he's considered a guest of honor.William, Tyron's father (left) was among the honorary guests too.

They all enjoyed a warm summer day at the pool and a delicious lunch.

Everything seems to be going smoothly for Tyron and Candice now.

Same for grandparents Davy and Tanya, who are as much in love as ever. The two couples took advantage of Cynthia's serenade to dance a little.
The party was spent in peace and without problems, probably thanks to Terence's absence. Other notable absentee was Candice's boss, Jasper Goth. I guess we already know why.

Sharing a Table

The evening is fast approaching. Dale and Kelly are arguing (for a change). Tyron shares the table with his mother and waits for Candice to join them. Candice would love to sit with him and Tera, but Jasper is sitting right next to them...

So she decides to go and sit with her father-in-law, William, and his grandmother Alisha.

Tera would've liked to tell Tyron what had happened between Dale and Cynthia, but she didn't want to spoil his wedding day.

Candice is back with Tyron. Jasper is still near, but everything seems under control now. She hopes he leaves soon. (Where is his wife, by the way?)

Tyron: Candice, do you wanna dance?
Candice: Sure, honey, as soon as I finish my cake.

La Boda de Tyron y Candice

 THE CEREMONY

Ring exchange.

Tyron: I, Tyron, I take you, Candice, to be my wedded wife. With the deepest joy, I receive you into my life and I promise to love you and be faithful to you from this day forward".

Candice: I, Candice, take you, Tyron, to be my wedded husband. With the deepest joy, I receive you into my life and I promise to love you and be faithful to you from this day forward".

Vows have been pronounced, rings exchanged, now let's hope they both keep their promises...

THE GUESTS

Grandpa Davy Cho cries his eyes out. It's such a blissfulness  to all the Cho family to see Tyron get married. A new generation of Chos will arrive soon!

Tyron's mom, Tera, got emotional too.
Among the guests were as well Kurt Langerak, the Cho brothers' cousin and Dale's girlfriend Kelly. On the back row was Jasper Goth, Candice's boss. (His wife Madeleine was sitting at the other side). Cynthia, Terence's girlfriend, was also there. Terence couldn't attend the wedding due to some 'business' issue. Cynthia didn't look very interested in the ceremony either.

Dale and Cynthia left right after the ceremony. Allegedly because Terence needed them for an important matter. Yeah, right. Everybody knows Cynthia and Dale were having an affair at that time. (Boy, if Terence and Kelly find out...)

Anyway, Tyron and Candice are husband and wife now. Tyron's father, William, arrived a bit late, until he was finally able to leave the Station. (Let's not forget he's the Fire Department Chief). Tyron's aunt Minzi was there too.
Jasper didn't look happy at all with this wedding. (Why's that, I wonder?)

Tera and William Move to Sunlit Tides

Another couple moving to Sunlit Tides were William Cho and Tera Lachance, who had just returned from the University after Tera's graduation. The last about them is in the entry  Tera Graduates.

Once in the paradisiacal sunny islands, they were able to enjoy their honeymoon, which had been postponed before.

They planned to enjoy a few days off and then they'll start from zero with their respective careers in this new environment.

Tera and William, during they're long awaited honeymoon. They didn't know yet but they would soon be in for a surprise

Tera was pregnant! As soon as they knew, his life took a 180-degree turn.

The news that they were going to be parents brought them a lot of joy, but also a bit of concern.

Would their house be big enough for a family of three? Would Tera be able to start working at the Police station like she wanted, or should she wait until after the baby was born?

Many doubts arose in William's head, but only one thing was certain: he had to get to work right away.

William took a job as a firefighter at the Sunlit Tides Fire Station.

Tera stayed home, as they both felt it was best to avoid the hustle and bustle of a career in law enforcement, at least until the pregnancy was over.

It was difficult for the restless Tera not to be able to start work as she had planned. It was difficult for her as well to see William leave every morning and be separated from him the whole day.

The wait was long, but in the end it was worth it...

For William and Tera, the arrival of their first child, Tyron, was a great event.

Tera in particular was kept busy 24 hours a day by her new 'job' as a mom.

She was so absorbed by her task of being a mother, that she didn't even feel the days go by, and in no time Tyron went from baby to infant.

Little Tyron was a toddler now.

William didn't have much time left to spend with Tyron because of his job.

He was just beginning to adjust to his new role as dad, when Tera started having those annoying morning sicknesses and voracious appetite at all hours.

These symptoms were not unfamiliar to William.   "Hmm. Tera's eating twice as much, and that morning sickness...it can only be one thing.

Some time later, the Cho's second son was born: Terence, who was not as docile as Tyron. Terence was a very restless child who absorbed practically all of Tera's time and William's few free moments, even stealing some of Tyron's attention.

Fortunately, when both kids went from infants to children and started to go to school, Tera was able to put her life in order and she was ready now to go to work as what she had always wanted to be: a perfect policewoman.

Tera and William get Married - Parte 3 and Last

Tera, now Mrs. Cho, posing with her wedding cake.

Contemplating her ring for the umpteenth time. She still couldn't believe that she and William were married at last.

Almost at the end of the party, she was finally able to meet Kim, William's great-grandmother, the woman that founded this great family along with her husband Farid Kamel.

Kim instantly approved of Tera. Kim isn't easy to please, has seen all kinds of people parade through his family. "Tera must be a nice girl, or Willy wouldn't have picked her", she thought while she talked with the now wife of one of her favorite great-grandchildren.

Meanwhile, Grandpa was already on his third slice of cake.
"Hey, Gramps, don't you think you've eaten too much cake already?"
"So what? Nobody dies from eating cake".

You know, for grandpa one slice of cake is never enough, especially if it's wedding cake, cause each one of those cakes means that his family is growing, that there will be more great-grandchilren and great-great-grandchildren. That is Grandpa's joy, to see his dynasty grow. May it last for many more great-grandchild... sorry, for many more years.

Almost everybody has left. The bride and groom share one last dance.

It's Davy's turn to give advice to his newly wed son. Who better than his father to give guidance to William. He and his mother have been through difficult situations, but they are still together, even when Davy, in his time, was very chased by women for being a famous and sexy singer. In fact it still looks pretty great.

"It is a pity that Miranda and Michelle could not make it. I would have liked so much for them to be with us on this day". William felt the same as his father, but he know that it was hard for his sisters to travel to Hidden Springs due to their careers.

At the end of the night, everyone screams: Kiss, kiss! And the bride and groom don't keep them waiting.

A picture for the album...

The rest of the night as well as the weekend, William and Tera spent them in Redwood Heights, a cabin high up in the Hidden Springs mountains.

They had a very harsh winter that year, but Tera and William didn't even feel it. They were together at last and they didn't intend to be separated from each other again.
