It's already eight o'clock, Dale is still sleeping in the living room, you can tell he's really tired, and studying doesn't bother him too much because he's been preparing well during the week.
Kelly does need to study hard, but she decided not to wake him up, it's only fair that he gets some rest after all he's been through. She has a hard time concentrating on reading, thinking about the things Sarah said to her. She is right, sometimes she's very demanding with Dale, and maybe she should be more friendly, but only with him, not with Terence and much less with Riley.
Alone in the kitchen, Sarah is starving and doesn't want to waste time looking for something to eat, so she finishes the mac and cheese that Kelly left half eaten. It's actually not bad, and she's so hungry she doesn't care that it's leftovers.
As Sarah finishes her meal, she realizes it's a little late. Classes are long over, Riley must be on her way back. How will she feel after she broke up with her? Will she still be upset that she told her it was best to leave Dale alone and move to another dorm? Sarah hopes not, cause those are the two conditions for her and Riley to be girlfriends again.
Dale is still sleeping, and Kelly is studying. It's a quiet night like they haven't had many since the trimester started.
No, she won't give up so easily what she considers her territory. They need to discuss the issue again, maybe now that Sarah has made friends with Dale she can convince him to let her back in next trimester?
