Dale awoke suddenly to the sound of voices coming from the bathroom.
Dale: Are those...?
Kelly: Yes, those two are arguing again.
Dale: Now why?
Kelly: Well, apparently, they broke up and Riley was supposed to leave the dorm, but by the sound of it, she changed her mind.
Dale: No way.

In the bathroom, the discussion continues. Sarah sounds very even-tempered; it's Riley who raises her voice at times.
Riley: Forget it, I'm not leaving!
Sarah: But you said you would.
Riley: I know what I said, but I changed my mind, I won't leave, Idon't have to, my dad is the owner of this dorm, he's G. W. Woods, for crying out loud!
Sarah doesn't seem the least impressed by this last bit.
Dale has left the couch and gone to make coffee for four, in case all ends well and they can study together in peace. (Yeah sure, dream on, Dale).
Riley continues her plea.
Riley: This is so unfair, why do I have to leave while you stay?
Sarah: Cause nobody asked me to leave, on the contrary, Cho asked me if I wanted to stay and I will accept, because, for now, being separated is the most convenient for both of us.
Riley: No, none of that, either we both leave together, or nobody leaves at all!
Sarah: We're not together anymore, remember? Nor will we be again if you don't comply with my conditions.
Sarah has been very clear, but Riley keeps pushing for another good while.
Dale: This is getting ridiculous. Why won't Riley give up? God, I hope they finish arguing soon or no one here will be able to study for tomorrow.
Luckily for Dale and Kelly, Sarah stands her ground and doesn't move an inch.
Sarah: So, my terms are on the table, that's the deal I'm offering, you can take it or leave it, Rye.
Riley's silence thereafter speaks louder than a thousand words. From what Dale and Kelly have been able to hear, it seems that she does care about Sarah, after all. A lot.
