Two New Roomies

Two new roomies move in with Kay and Shantel, one of them was Aaron, the son of Khaled Wassem, (Farid Kamel's half brother), a very distant relative whose family tree is a little tangled. Later we'll see more of his story. For now, what we need to know is that he moved in the girls' apartment.

The other roomie was Anotine Langerak, Shantel's uncle. Antoine and Aaron also had plans to go to the University and, but for now, just like Shantel and Kay, they would work, study and help with the bills of the apartment.

After the moving, the new occupants got a few presents and financial support from their parents, along with their best wishes for their new lives as young adults.

Cinnamon seemed happy with the boys' arrival and she immediately became good friends with them.

Aaron wanted to be useful from day one, and while the girls were at work, he made lunch.

Antoine isn't as good a cook as Aaron, and as he woke up feeling really hungry, the peanut butter and jelly that his roommate prepared dropped in like a pearl.

During lunch, the two made plans for their new life. Both had to look for jobs asap, cause the food and the rent for Shantel's luxurious apartment were not going to pay for themselves

Aaron already knew what he wanted to do for a living. It turns out he's very good at gardening, just like his uncle Farid, - who by the way he resembles a lot, so he dreamed of having his own orchard and live from the sales of his produce. That same day he would go out to buy his frist Gardening book and some seeds.

Antoine still not sure what he wants to work on. It could be Politics like his grandpa Milton, as his Lifetime wish is to be Super Popular. Of course, he could also join the law enforcement, as his father holds a high position in the Hidden Springs Police Force. But to this day, Antoine was still undecided.

Going back with the girls... Kay was already working in the Science career, like her mother. So she would have a bit of experience when she applied for a University scholarship.

We already know that Shantel's dream is to be a Journalist, but since Aaron moved into her apartment, what interested her the most was to flirt with him. Maybe she was trying to get him back, since Aaron is a part of her long list of ex-boyfriends. Let's hope he's smart enough not to fall for it again.

Kay and Shantel, after work, enjoying the dinner Aaron made. The boys went to bed early.

After dinner, Shantel took a shower and went upstairs to her bedroom. But, ugh, she had a little accident with the elevator door. Thankfully it wasn't serious. Was it being hard for her to get used to this artifact!

Off to bed after the scare with the elevator...

 "I think from now on I will use the stairs".

The next morning, all of them attended Antoine's High School graduation.

Antoine graduated from the Community High School with a Medal of Merit. His classmates elected him the Most Popular. ¡Future is bright for this young graduate!

After the ceremony, the four friends went to eat at the Little Corsican Bistro.

As a future scientist, Kay is also interested in botanics and gardening, so much, that she had started to do some research at Aaron's greenhouse.

Meanwhile, Aaron practices golf on the terrace, but... Oh no, the golf club has broken.

Fortunately he has a spare one and is back to his practice. These were peaceful days for the four roommates, but the future held many surprises in store for them!
