On Tuesday Morning, before clases, watching the weather report.
"It would be a very cold day in Hidden Springs, so take out your coats, pals!"
"Hidden Springs, how I wish I was back home with my family and friends!"
Sandy felt not only nostalgic, but also a bit nervous about her tonight's date with Nathaniel. That would be a moment of truth.
That morning, she held her first business practice at the Memorial Library.
"Finally, something interesting!"
Sandy started her the presentation of her business plan.
She had to talk about it for two long hours, but she found that fun and even exciting. Now she felt like an actual business woman.
Among his classmates was Jeffery Dean.
With Jeffery were Riley Woods, Sarah Parker and Esther Atkins, the fairy. All of them future business competitors for Sandy.
When the practice ended, by the evening, Sandy went to meet Nathan at the cafetería, but a vampire paparazzo wouldn't stop snooping around, so Sandy proposed to Nathan that they would go to her home to talk in private.
Already alone, Nathan confessed to Sandy that he liked her, and asked her to go out with him. Sandy told him the truth: that she couldn't accept cause she already had a boyfriend and for nothing in this world would she think of cheating on him.
That was a great disappointment for Nathaniel, and a big blow to his pride, but he took it well in general, or sort of. As snobbish as he was, he was probably just pretending.
That's about as far as her 'affair' with Nathaniel went. It was a shame cause she really liked him and her parents would've adored Nate, but her love for Simon was much bigger.
At the end of the day, they remained as good friends. But Sandy was sure Nate won't talk to her again. Well, maybe that was for the best, at least she would be at ease now.
"Case closed. Now to study all night for the exams".
Truth is she couldn't fullfill her purpose cause, around 2 am, sleep overcame her. la venció. There had been too many emotions for just one day.
