Lauri is just leaving, not knowing what is going on outside until she sees the patrol car.

But there's no one inside the vehicle? Well, this is the chance to run away, surely the cops went to another house first, there are wild parties going on all over the campus.

Nope, the patrol was sent right here by an anonymous call reporting to them that there was a party out of control at this address. But as soon as they learned that the host was "Sgt. Tera Lachance's son", they moved on to another dorm. The perks of having your mother in the police force!

Turns out, in the heat of the party (and even with the cold and snow) it occurred to Kelly to streak in the front yard! The party is out of control, and it looks like one of the neighbors called the police. (If that was it really one of the neighbors?)

Carol tried to flee when she saw the cruiser, but because Kelly was blocking the stairwell, she couldn't get out and panicked.

Kelly quickly got dressed when she saw the guests were starting to leave, she wasn't going to give them a free show, especially not to Mandrake. And certainly not to the cops.

Kelly has managed to get away from Mandrake and has entered the garage. She soon notices that Riley and Sarah are not talking to each other.

Sarah wants to make a keg stand and Kelly helps her, only to piss off Riley.

Meanwhile, upstairs, a problem erupted because Carol dropped Lauri, who hurt herself and complained to her. A little argument started between them; Dale was upset, he doesn't want anything to ruin the good relations between his two potential roommates.

In the end, Carol apologized and things didn't escalate, but they both thought they had already had too much to drink and decided it was time to leave the party.

While Dale kills time drinking to keep his mind off things, the party goes on.

Carol Chen is having fun helping Lauri make a keg stand. Carol is another possible roomie for the next trimester. Dale, at least, would love to have her; Kelly, who knows, especially if she finds out he considers Carol attractive.

Speaking of Kelly, she is now downstairs, trying to get rid of Mandrake, who, God knows why he thought it was a good idea to try to flirt with her.

And Riley has gone to the garage to drink, just like Dale, to keep her worries at bay. Sarah stays close to her, probably to make sure she doesn't do anything foolish. Even if Riley doesn't believe it, Sarah still cares for her.

Yeah, nobody asks Riley to sit at the table; some because they don't know her, some because they know her too well.

Here comes Lauri again. Riley is so fed up with her, and she still doesn't know that she's the one who will be taking her place at the dorm.

Everyone is enjoying their dinner, mainly because they were starving.

Riley doesn't enjoy anything that isn't about her. Lauri on the other hand, seems to be having the time of her life.
Riley: (To herself) Ugh, I wish this loser would just go away already.
Sorry Riley, but the party's just getting started for Lori... in every possible way.

Dale, Paul and Oscar join the girls at the table. The atmosphere is very peaceful and friendly.

Here comes Riley, she's noticed Sarah's sudden interest in this Lori Hayword, so she heads inside to check on her. But Sarah is on her way out already, since Lori didn't sit at the table, she isn't sitting either.
(Poor Mandrake is still outside, trying to get in, he's missing dinner!)

Riley is already inside, but no one invites her to sit at the table.

Sarah went outside to get some air, preferring to stay as far away from Riley as possible for now. Lori is out of sight, but that's okay, there's no rush, she'll have time to get to know her well next term.

Dale's keg party is about to start, the first guests have arrived, Oscar Dillard and Mandrake Astron are stuck at the bottom of the stairs, Lori Hayword is the first to make it to the top. Sarah discreetly checked her up and down; she heard that she might be their next roomie, well she's not bad at all....

For some reason, Lori thought it was a good idea to run 'naked' with her clothes on, Sarah thought it was funny; Paul Biden didn't find this idea amusing whatsoever.

Sarah on the other hand still thinks she's great.
Sarah: (to herself) Mental note, make friends with Lori Hayword.
Meanwhile, in the dining room Kelly, Carol Chen and Liz Tarry are already settling in to enjoy the Cobbler that one of the guests brought.

When Kelly left the Library to go to her second class, Dale ran into Carol Chen. She stopped him to ask him some questions about the class (at least that’s what she said). Dale thought it was a good idea to answer her. Helping other students with their classes it’s a part of social networking, plus, Carol is a very influential Communications student. Maybe someday she'll become an important journalist or a politician. It would be a good idea to make friends with her.

Well, it seems that Carol wants something more than just social networking. And Dale seems hypnotized by her for a brief instant... Oh, come on, Dale, get out of there now, you just got rid of a problem, you don’t want to get into another one so soon.

Gwyneth's Gift Giving Party

April 13, 2013

On Satruday morning, Gwyneth started to do the cleaning. The first thing she did was cleaning the street art she had painted in the living room.

As there is still a week to go before the end of the course, she decided to organize a gift giving party. Some kind of anticipated Christmas.

The main guest and the first one to arrive was, of course, Calvin.

Gwyneth was glad she chose to make it a formal party, because he looked gorgeous in a suit and tie.

Calvin also loved how Gwyneth looked and he showered her with compliments.
"Aww, thanks, Calvin. You're a true gentleman".

Before the other guests arrived, Gwyneth stopped under the mistletoe.

Good excuse for a little kiss, very quickly, mind you, because they were already knocking on the door.

Gwyneth and Calvin were floating above the clouds.

You could tell how much in love he was.

The guests, who arrived almost all together, started to make jokes about the couple. Friendly jokes, that is.

Gwyneth didn't mind, she was happy and very busy pampering to and spoiling Calvin.

Finally the moment came to open the gifts.

Gwyneth was eager to open hers.

But the first turn was for Jeffery, and he seemed happy with what he got.

Calvin did well too. As the gifts are from a secret Santa, nobody knows who gifted who.

The turn came for Carol, she was glad too. So far everything was going well.

Finally it's Gwyneth's turn.

"Let's see what is inside this box, but -- What? Three cookies?"

From all the presents, hers had to be the worst. But who couold have gifted her something like that?

"I must've been Ashley, trying to play a dirty trick on her. On top of it all, she had to put up with Mahmoud's jokes in that regard".

O, well, gifts aren't everything, and Gwyneth consoled herself dancing with Calvin. He had to show Ashley that she didn't care!

The rest of the party went by smoothly and the bad moment she had with the presents was left behind.

When the last guest left, Gwyneth and Calvin were exhausted, but happy. He brought her something to eat, since she hadn't had a bite all night.

Gwyneth tasted several of the dishes the guests had brought. Some of them were delicous, and  Algunos sencillamente deliciosos, and she was so hungry at that time of the night!

Calvin preferred to tast the Mignon preparaded by Gwyneth, with which he was delighted. She was happy to know he liked her food. She'd have to ask her mom for more recipes before the wedding.

The photo for the memory could not be missing.

A kiss and...

That's it! Gwyneth uploaded the photo to her social media. So everybody in Hidden Springs would be able to see it.

That same night there was another party at Jeff's dorm, but they decided not to attend cause they were very tired. Besides, they didn't want to break that idylic moment together.
"I think it's a little late to go to Jeff's party."
"Yeah, so do I".

And who cares about Jeff's party now?

Hours later, they finally went to sleep, and to dream about their wonderful future.
