Sarah begins her plea.

(Damn! There's a light wind, but with ocassional gusts which carry away the girls' voices. Dale and Kelly can't hear anything).

But judging by the expression on Riley's face, whatever Sarah has just told her, it hasn't been to her liking, it even seems to have upset her. Sarah continues to present her arguments, but it is obvious that they are not strong enough to convince her girlfriend.

Riley's first impulse is to argue (as always, of course, it's Riley!) 

Sarah starts going over explanations in her head, ready to counterattack, and then…

Riley changed her tactics! What better way to win a girlfriend's heart than by giving her flowers. Sarah loves flowers so she's instantly impressed. Dale and Kelly, from their hiding place, gasp an exclamation of defeat. This doesn't look good at all!
