First, she was a Pageant Contestant, now she's a Body-Part Model. It's a start, but it's not enough for her. She wants to get to level 3 (Promotional Model), or 4 (Magazine Model) as soon as possible!

You were selected by the pageant organizers to start climbing the modelling ladder! Admittedly, all people will see is your hands or legs but who cares? You’re still a model and not everyone can become an instant supermodel you know. It’s definitely a start and while you’re promoting that new bracelet or fancy pair of trainers, you might just get picked for something bigger and better.
