That weekend Fall arrived to Hidden Springs, followed by such a severe rainstorm.
With such a downpour, no one at the apartment was able to go out to have fun in the pool like they had planned to.
In spite of the storm, Saturday breakfast was a lively event.
And then Aaron had a cup of fat-free chai with chocolate whipped cream.
He surprised Kay with a gift that he had bought for her the night before. She already imagined what it could be...
"Gardening 2! The book I was needing. Aw, Aaron that's lovely of you, thank you!"
"You're most welcome, dear".
The scene happened, of course, in front of Shantel.
"Well, it seems like Aaron finally forgot me. Okay, better for me".
Antoine didn't even notice cause he was very busy talking and wasting Mollie's time.
While Kay enjoyed reading her new Gardening book, and since it had stopped raining already, Aaron went out to the terrace to practice his golf shots. He gets ready to shoot... Silence please...
And shoots with determination, but...
He didn't know where that one went. He couldn't see anything, but suddenly...
Oh no, he heard a loud noise, like something was broken?
It wasn't the greenhouse cause that is at the other side of the lot. Perhaps it was a neighbor's window...
"Oops, I better leave golf for now and go back to the garden to finish my pending work".
Antoine was taking a nap. It was Saturday and he wanted to be well rested to party the night away.
Aaron found Cinnamon scratching the lounge chair so he hurried to scold her. It's super important to him, cause this is about Kay's favorite chair.
"Enough, Cinnamon, leave that chair alone or I'll be angry with you, okay?"
(As if cinammon cares!)
After 6 pm the rain returned. A real deluge.
Aaron went in the house and spent a long time exercising at Shantel's small gym.
Then he went in the kitchen to fix dinner. What a style he has to prepare grilled cheese!
In the evening, Shantel invited her on-call boyfriend to spend the night.
After dinner they were alone at last cause the others went to a party at the Ice Lounge and nobody knew at what time they would be back. How convenient!
Shark and Shantel had a blast!
They spent the evening relaxing in the hot tub.
Time flied, Shantel was so happy she didn't noticed that her friends had returned.
Kay was exhausted so she went straight to bed. Aaron and Antoine heard noises in the backyard, but they preferred not to find out what was happening there. It was obvious. In a way, Aaron was happy for Shantel, because his interest was definitely no longer in her, but in only one girl: Kay.
