Dad's Spies and the First Speech

Tuesday, 6 am. Sandy didn't feel so bad thanks to the effects of the flu vaccine. The only thing that worried her was why Nathan had missed their date, and would Mahmoud continue to be angry with her. Today she hoped she could clear up these two questions.

To begin with, she invited Mahmoud to her dorm to talk. As always, Brenda Kemp was there, watching her from a corner. Sandy was was becoming more and more convinced that she was a spy or somtehing, since lately she seemed to follow her everywhere. Or was she just being paranoid?

She didn't know why she gave Mahmoud so many explanations. She wasn't even interested in him. True, she appreciated his friendship, but after the incident with Harold, she had noticed him nervous and he hadn't made any attempt to approach her. That meant he probably wasn't interested in her either, romantically of course.

But if it was so, why had he gotten so angry then? And why did he look so nervous? Boy was he weird!

"I'm not mad at you, Sandy. I'm just worried that you might get in trouble, that's all."
"Oh, well thank you very much, Moud, but I don't need a babysitter. As you can see, I'm and adult already. Now, excuse me but I have to get ready for my speech".

While Sandy rehearsed her speech, she saw Brenda and Mahmoud having great fun with the 'juice' keg. She had no idea that they knew each other, or that they got along so well.

Maybe the Brenda 'the spy' wants to keep an eye on Mahmoud because he considers him dangerous?  Although, by the way she smiled at him, it didn't look like she considered him dangerous at all. See them so close to each other, having fun like this, made Sandy inexplicably jealous... What? She, Sandy Kamel was jealous for Mahmoud? This had to be a confusion. Maybe so much 'juice' had affected her brain.

Olga Lehman, other possible spy! Why was she suspicious of eeryone? Now everybody was a spy of her dad. Was she going crazy? Or perhaps it was just her conscience, tormenting her because of her bad behavior? It was the latter, no doubt, but it was still time to correct the course. She promised herself that same morning: no more keg parties, or challenges, less kissing random sims.

"Stand back, here comes your star speaker!"

Sarah Mahoney was already walking towards the podium, as it belonged to her. But today it would be a last minute change. "Sorry, Sarah, but today is my turn", she heard Sandy say behind her.

Sandy asked for the attention of all the group and started her conference about Charisma, inspired in the politic careers of her mom and dad, of course.

Brenda didn't seem very interested. Jeff, on the other hand, seemed more attentive. Charisma was important for him since he aspires to be a politician, or a great businessman.

Esther, the fairy, didn't seem very enthused with the talk. And Sandy thought she was a good speaker!
Well, at least she was better than Sarah, of that she didn't have doubt.

In any case, it was a very enlightening experience for Sandy. Even with the poor Sarah's drawing style.

And time's up.
"Thanks everyone for your attention".

Before going to sleep she chatted with Simon on the internet. She didn't dare to tell her all that had happened on campus so far. But she knew that at some point she'd have to do it. She better tell him all the truth before he heard it from anyone else. Yeah, she'd tell him everything, just not yet.

Well, that had been enough, Sandy was exhausted, so she went to sleep. The next morning she had to be early at school so she won't stay up all night, elarse, if possible. never again.
