Sandy's Failed Date

May 6, de 2013

Monday 6 am. What a mess Sandy had made the night before at the Fraternity house. The worse was she had only slept two hours and in another two she had to be in the first class of the term.

What she needed the most at that moment was a coffee, but the kitchen - for a change - was a complete disaster. What happened with the repair technician?

While she drank her coffee, she remember Hidden Springs. Now more than ever she missed Ferby and her mother other assistants. She missed her home, her bedroom, her boyfriend, her friends... And of course, her parents and grandparents. She missed High School, the Winter Festival... In a nutshell, she missed Hidden Springs.

Finally she's heading for class, although she was late already.

The coffee had kind of revived her. At least she had a bit of energy to start her day.

A snowy but sunny landscape at Uni.

This is how white the campus looked that winter.

Upon entering his second class, Sandy was sleepy again.

And on exit, she realized that she hadn't understood anything cause she had fallen asleep during class.
"Alright, I fell asleep, but at least I attended, didn't I?"

While she headed for her third and last class, she decided that, right after, she would stop by the hospital for a flu vaccine, then she would go straight home, she'd take a bath and then... off to bed!

When she got out of the third class, she found out that there was a party at the Fraternity, again hosted by Ludo. Of course whe wouldn't attend, she felt bad enough and she still had to go get her vaccine.

Upon arriving home, she got a phone call from Nathaniel, he wanted to see her to talk. Sandy wasn't feeling bad anymore thanks to the vaccine, so, driven by curiosity, she accepted Nathan's invitation.

But Nathan never showed up. he called her minutes later to apologize.
"Sandy? I'm sorry I had a mishap. Maybe some other day". That was it. Sandy thought it was odd, but she preferred not to make questions. After all it wasn't all that important.

Already at home, she got a text message from Ludo: "We missend you at the party, Sandy. I hope you can make it next time". Well, at least, due to her failed date with Nathan, she hadn't had to tolerate another of those Ludo's wild parties with his silly challenges, and that was a lot to say. Now, for the first time in many days, she would enjoy a night of true rest.
