Visiting Cornell's Parents, and a New Job

In the morning, Alexandra wanted to surprise Cornell by preparing her first burgers, recipe of her mother.

   Unfortunately, thy weren't exactly a success. Alexandra may have inherited the mad scientist skills fo of the Goths, but not the facility for culinary arts. Or maybe she just needs to work more on it.

Anyway, a few hours later she headed to the Hidden Springs Police Station for her first day of work. Only boring paperwork for now.

 

Cornell still had a few hours of rest to enjoy.

The day started with the classic Hidden Springs double rainbow. ;)

In the evening, they went to visit Cornell's parents. Camille, as always, was very kind with Alexandra. She knows her since she was a child, and her mother too, cause Camille is also a Haute Cuisine Chef.

Robert was very kind too, although he was a little nervous because the house they had just moved into wasn't fully furnished and decorated. Alexandra told him not to worry about that. Then they chatted about their jobs, since both of them work at the Police Station. Robert is a Dynamic DNA Profiler.

Camile is happy for her son's coming wedding. She as well as Robert thought that Cornell and Alexandra were the perfect couple, and they accepted Cornell as a member of their family since the beginning.

Alexandra had the chance to meet Antoine, Cornell's younger brother, who was a teen now and attended high school. When Alexandra and Cornell left Hidden Springs, Antoine was still a child, now he dreams of going to the University and becoming a cop like his Dad.

The next morning, Alexandra looked for a case to solve, cause the work at the office turned out to be very boring for her.

After doing some modifications to her also boring and ugly work uniform, she was ready to go out and solve her first case!
