Champs LeSims, France, November 5, 2012
On November 5 I went back to France to continue the search of the five Cerambyx beetles that I should deliver in Egypt in exchange for the gems. I had caught a few before leaving for Hidden Springs, but I have lost them during the trip, so I'll have to start all over again.
"Upon arriving I caught two, and before dawn broke to go out and look for the rest of them, I decided to throw a party for my Chams Les Sims friends at my new vacation home. They attended happily and broought delicious food, so I didn't even had to cook.
During the party I was lucky enough to talk to beautiful Jeannine.
But Albert Fouchier came and asked her to dance, then he monopolized her for the rest of the night. I can't reproach him, he has the right cause he's single and I'm not.
Yeah, I am happily married then, but even so I felt jealous of Albert. But what am I saying? Jeannine is free to dance with whomever she wants! Anyway, since I was alone I drank until my guests left.
My party: "was a success, verging on epic. All the city will talk about it for years". Except myself of course.
Early in the morning I went out to collect insects.
One of the beetles I found right in front of Jeannine's house. ¿Coincidence? ¿Destiny?
Whatever, since I was around I decided to stop by to say hello.
Her father, Francois Lambert was home. I had a good friedship with him due to the nectar business, in which he is an expert. He, as well as Jeannine were happy to see me.
Francois: Tell me, Tony, what are your intentions with my daughter?
Tony: ¿Excuse me?
Jeannine: Dad, leave Tony alone.
Jeannine never left my side again the whole time I was visiting. I didn't know what to think, or what did I feel. It was best if Jeannine didn't get too close.
Fortunately, Ladybug, her pet, attracted her attention.
Francois spend the whole time making jokes about Jeannine and me. Monsieur Lambert is a little bit too talkative.
After the jokes he asked me questions about my relationship with Jeannine. It was... embarrassing.
Then he started to tell me tales about his life, which I already knew by heart. Luego, Francois se puso a contarme anécdotas de su vida, que yo ya me sabía de memoria.
Francois: Did you know I was a stage actor and one of the greatest? Jeannine: Dad, please, not that story again.
I had to leave the Lamberts' house to continue with my search for insects. I spent the night at the Nectary, producing bottles and tasting different kinds of nectar. Jeannine wasn't there cause she transferred the factory to the Bernards.
But in the morning she offered to go with me to the Nectary.
By the evening, we search for insects together under the full moon. We got all the bugs that I needed. I would delivert them in the morning and leave for Al Simhara. I didn't know when I would return to Chams Les Sims, maybe it was wise not to come back in while...*Sigh*
