Billy is the third child of John and Aimee Goth. As a child and teenager he lived with his parents in Hidden Springs, along with his siblings Alexandra, Dean and Jasper (now all of them married with children). Billy is now an adult as well, and lives in Starlight Shores with his wife Josie Langerak and their children, Marina and Mortimer II. Billy did not go to college, as he preferred to stay in Starlight Shores and pursue a career as a Magician, in which he has done well, but has not been as successful as he would like. Josie is pursuing a career in Music and has not had much success either, however, they both live happily with their beautiful family and are still in love as the first day.
