Shantel's Farewell Party

Shantel's Farewell party was about to start, she wanted to make sure she looked perfect.

And how wouldn't she, if her young vampire lover would be there. In fact, he was the first to arrive.

Then more guests arrived, among them the guys from the Fraternity, girls from the Sorority and even Shea, the plant sim.

Their leader Ludo Vicco couldn't be missing, he had to spend a good while talking to Shea, since Shantel wasn't available.

She was in the backyard lighting the the bonfire and begging the sky not to rain.

Troy met the plant guy and talked to him too, long and cheerfuly.

Until the moment came to be with his dear Shantel, and they started dancing.

Ludo had to settle for watching. That day Shantel only had eyes for Troy, but he didn't lose hope, after all this would be the last time Shantel and the vampire would be together.

While the guests had fun dancing, Kay entertained herself playing in the backyard. It wasn't a sad ocassion for her, finishing the University meant going back to Hidden Springs, to the arms of her beloved Aaron, an that was just what she wanted most in the world.

As the evening fell, everybody started to leave. They should go back to their houses and dorms early to study. How to forget the next morning the final exams would take place.

The only one who wouldn't leave was, of course, Troy.

And so wouldn't Tammy Parker, who couldn't stop glaring at him while he danced with Shantel. It wasn't a secret that Tammy liked Troy. Sure, she was a vampire too, and in Kay's opinion, a more suitable match for Troy. She'd probably get an opportunity after Shantel was gone.

At last, not very willingly, Troy left. Kay started to pick up the dishes and putting away the left overs. With all the food that was left they wouldn't have to cook for the remaining three days of the trimester.

Tammy was the last one to leave. Apparently she had stayed only to watch over Troy. 

"Easy, Tammy, soon you won't have to worry about Shantel anymore".

"Well, the farewell party was a success, now off to study. We'll have to make a big jar of coffee".

The phone rang several times while the girls studided. It was Ludo, to invite them to his own party, but there wasn't any time left, the exams would start in a few hours.

Almost at midnight, Shantel couldn't take it anymore, and went to sleep. Kay was exhausted too, but she wanted to study a bit more, or at least for as long as the effect of her last cup of coffee lasted.
