Len just caught something, looks like it is a big one...

Wow, that's a huge fish!

It seems like Alina caught something, too.

 Well, that's not exactly a big fish, but it is something. 

It's Len's night off, and since they live near the beach, he and Alina went fishing.

Len did well right away, as he is good at fishing because of his Angler trait. 

Alina was not as lucky. (Don't worry, Alina, all you need is a little practice).

Most of the time, Alina has to cook for both herself and Len before leaving for work. Thanks to this, she has been able to increase her cooking skills.

But once Alina has left, it's Len's turn to cook, usually lunch, and that has also made him a very good cook.

Almost as good as he is with the guitar and, uh, other things. 

Even if sometimes he has to eat breakfast and lunch alone.

 Len is a Sunlit Tides premade sim (of course made over by me). At the start of the game, he's part of the Beach Bums household, along with Suzuki Hinata and Ricardo Gregario. His traits are Couch Potato, Commitment Issues, Virtuoso, Friendly and Angler. He is in the Music career; his Lifetime Wish was Heartbreaker, I say "was" because he fell in love with Alina, and I don't think he wants to break up with her anytime soon. True, they've had a few little problems since they moved in together, nothing serious really. but we'll have to keep an eye on them because of his Commitment Issues.

Alina sets out to prepare dinner.

The food is ready, Len is not home from work and Alina is starving, so she goes ahead.

Len came home from work, now he's having dinner while Alina works on her article for tomorrow.

It's a peaceful, starry night in the islands.

The Moon is shining very high in the sky. (This time it's a normal one. Yep, no more Supermoon for now).

Alina is working on one of her articles for the newspaper. These last photos are from the night before she moved in with Len. 

Next week we'll be back with them to their new home to see how they've been doing. 

Alina is upset with her sister for starting a relationship with Teodor, who, in addition to being married, is her boss! Len and Ashley prefer not to comment on the matter.

But the one who didn't keep quiet was Alexis, he agrees with Alina that Amina's relationship with Teodor should end. Amina doesn't plan to listen to advice from her younger siblings (well, she usually doesn't listen to anyone's advice). Ugh, when will she outgrow this rebellious stage?

On Leisure Day, Amina had a gathering at her house and invited her siblings for lunch with their partners. Here she is eating hot dogs with her brother Adam and brother-in-law Denny. Teodor didn't come because naturally, on this day, he had to be with his wife and children. Aidan didn't attend either, no one really knows why.

Who did attend was Ursula, wearing a cute and colorful swimsuit; Alexis said he would arrive later, he is currently at the gym, but he'll join them later.

Alina, Len and Ashley preferred to eat in the garden to be closer to the hot tub. (Since there is no pool in Amina's house).

What is Len doing, ice skating in pairs with Suzuki Hinata at the Festival? Does Alina know about this friendship?

They look very comfortable together, what they don't know is that Amina also went skating and has seen them. 

Suzuki walks away from Len, maybe it was because he saw Amina? Len doesn't seem to mind and entertains himself by doing some figure skating.

Well, Suzuki is gone, and Len is business as usual. Apparently, theirs was just a friendly and casual, encounter. It better be!

I used to run a version of Blue Skies & Sunshine lighting mod by BrntWaffles with the Lunar Lakes moon. I loved it, but I felt it was too big for Sunlit Tides, so I opted for a version of that same mod, (my favorite), but without the LL moon. :)

This time it was Alina's turn to prepare dinner, since Len went to work.

When Len arrived, she had already eaten dinner, but she accompanied him with a cup of coffee.

Alina and Len talked extensively about their future; they decided to support each other to continue progressing in their respective careers.

Fortunately, despite their minor differences, the two have gotten along wonderfully.

He took the opportunity to vent about the fire incident.

Alina prefers not to talk about it anymore and asked him to change the subject. 

Len was slightly offended, but eventually understood. 

Then they toasted with a nectar Len had purchased. 

Alina didn't think they should drink before going to work, but Len reminded her that it was Leisure Day.
