Like I said before, Jaycen is going to be Terence Cho's partner in his next business, the Lucky Simoleon Casino. Terry is going to move to Lucky Palms soon, so he gave Jaycen the mission to find a house for him. Jaycen found one that he thinks is perfect for Terence and his little family.

This amazing building is Eco Modern Marvel, by who else but pancake101, one of my favorite Sims 3 lot creators. 💗 

There is where Terry and Cynthia (and their little son David) will be moving to shortly. They are already in preparations to leave Hidden Springs.

 

Already living at the mansion, Cynthia tries to practice with the drums, but Becky and Catarina are always watching. Why? They've never seen a girl play drums?

Cynthia: Hey, I'm trying to practice here, can I have some privacy?

That's one of the things she misses from Terry's house, to have a private place where to play. Not in the middle of the second floor for everyone to see. 

The worst is she gets really bored when Terry is out working, and David is sleeping. 

She accepted to stay at home 'cause she doesn't want to leave David with a nanny. Of course she doesn't have time to get bored when she takes care of him. Time flies when they're together.

Cynthia: "Aww, you're such an adorable little boy!

Yeah, David has become the light of her life. Being in his company makes it easier for her to put up with the Vanderburg family.

In fact, she's been seriously thinking of retiring from work to dedicate herself entirely to David. And, as far as possible, she'd like to have more children. Maybe one more, or why not two? Although she doesn't know yet if Terry would like the idea. 

Cynthia: Okay, it's time to sleep. Mommy has to continue practicing. (Let's hope my 'audience' has gone to sleep already). Sweet dreams, my little one. 

Cynthia had to make an important phone call, so Terry is babysitting David. 

He has no idea how to take care of a baby, but he's delighted to spend time with his son.

Terence: Hi, David. Do you know who I am? I'm Terence, your dad.

David: (*laughs*).

Terry realizes that is actually cool to have a child. In fact, he's fascinated. (Note that his evil red glow disappears when he's carrying David).

Terence: You know, what? You and I will make great things together. We'll not only be the owners of the Vanderburg mansion but of Hidden Springs and the world! What do you say?

David: (*yawns*).

Terence: Oh, of course, you are sleepy now. Alright, go to sleep, little boy. And don't worry about a thing. Dad will take over the world for you.
