Dale: Kel, I really admire your character, and I appreciate that you want to stand up for us and our dorm, but I don't want you getting in trouble with Riley for me, okay?

Kelly: I'd do anything for you, and you know it, Dale, even beat the crap out of that b*tch, or do you think I'm afraid of her?

Dale: On the contrary, I know that you aren't, and that's exactly what worries me.

Kelly: I'm not afraid of her, but I'm not stupid either. I know that her father has power over this University and that if we want to stay, we have to keep the peace, so I promise not to kick her a**; but I won't keep quiet about what happened, or she'll think she can get away with it. Like you said, she's a spoiled brat, someone has to set limits for her.

Dale: And that someone is you? How do I come off then? As the weak boyfriend, whom his girlfriend must protect?

Kelly: Like the boyfriend his girlfriend loves and doesn't plan on sharing with Riley, or anyone else. I want her to understand that whether she stays or not, she won't lay a hand on you, okay?
