Dale: What if this is all about the dormitory? What if Riley doesn't want to move out? 

Kelly: Relax, baby, they'll leave. Dale: How do you know?

Kelly: I don't know, I have a feeling those two are up to something, and that something doesn't include us, but it's better this way, don't you think? 

Dale: Yeah, well, as long as they move out at the end of the semester… 

Kelly: They'll move out, honey, don't worry. We'll have the whole dorm to ourselves, finally!

Dale: I can hardly wait.

Kelly: Me too.
