Jeannine thinks she knows what Tony is worried about. 

It’s Cassandra, damn it, it’s her! She’s sure. He hasn’t been able to take her off his mind since she broke up with Dean Lothario.

Jeannine can clearly feel him starting to drift away again. Hopefully these are just figurations of her, hopefully this new obsession will pass soon, he got over it once, he can do it again, right?
