Cynthia is still eating for two-- or three? She hopes not.

She can't imagine herself dealing with a baby, let alone two.

Cynthia: (to herself) "Nah, the doctor said it was only one baby. Then why am I so hungry? Jeez."

She has no idea what else to eat. On top she's a vegetarian, but she's tired of autumn salad (which is the only food she knows how to prepare).

Cynthia: "Hm, let's see what we got here".
