Another day, another call from Hidden Springs, this time it's not Terence, but Cynthia, she wants him to help her convince Terry to leave the Vanderburg mansion. Dale honestly doesn't think Terence will listen to him, that's how stubborn he is. Besides, he promised Kelly he wouldn't get between Terry and Cynthia anymore.

Dale: (On the phone) I'm sorry Cyn, but I can't help you on this, I have to hang up now, Kelly is arriving.

Kelly: Who were you talking to? Your brother again?

Dale: No, that was Cynthia.

Kelly: Dale...

Dale: Don't worry, she just wanted to tell me about her problems with Terry. 

Kelly: Really?

Dale: You know you don't have to worry about her anymore.

Well, at least Dale didn't lie to her about his phone call.

She, on the other hand, didn't tell him a peep about her new friend, Miles Forthright, the attractive boy she met after class today. Rumor has it he's a vampire, which makes him more interesting.

Anyway, if she didn't tell him about Rex, it's because it's not worth worrying about. She doesn't care about him in the least, she's still madly in love with Dale, and she's wasting no time proving it to him.  Thank goodness both of their classes are over for now. 💗
