Cynthia andy Terry are already at the hospital, it's only mid-afternoon but it's freezing.

Tanya and Davy Cho arrive almost at the same time.

Tanya and Davy are Terence's grandparents, they came in place of his parents, since they both are working at the moment. William is at the Fire Station and Tera at the Police's. (Yes, Terry's mom is  cop, you go figure). 

Anyways, a few hours later, the happy mother comes out of the hospital with her newly born in her arms. It's a boy!

And there is the proud father. 

Cynthia just told him that their son's name isn't going to be "Terry Jr.", but David, like his grandpa Davy, but with a 'd' at the end.
