Antoine and Blake met each other during an interrogation. Yes, it turns out that Blake was in the Criminal Career, this didn't seem to matter to good cop Antoine, who went out of his way (literally) to win her over. But Blake didn't want to have anything to do with cops, so she ignored him.
Antoine was so desperate that he threw at her a flask of Potent Friendship elixir to befriend her faster.

Blake not only became friends with Antoine but she started to feel attracted to him too, and both began
to flirt.
That's how the relationship between Blake and Antoine was born. Two sims from two completely different worlds falling in love? Not good!
