Gwyneth Graduates

Heading for the final exam. 

 

"I could use a Hive Mind now".

Gwyneth finished her first exam with success, but when she got out it was pouring with rain.

She had to run to get to the second.

Friday, 2 pm. The exams are over. Gwyneth passed both.

Before going back home, she took a moment to make acritique of the statue outside the School of Fine Arts.

And also a floor painting, for which, by the way, she got her first tip.

This is how the University looked in the sunset.

 

The last night at the University...

Although he knew they would meet again in Monte Vista, Calvin did not want to waste a single one of the hours they had left together.

Gwyneth knew as well that this separation was only temporary, but still she felt somewhat sad and even on the verge of tears.

But she cheered up while she prepared dinner for two, thinking of how happy they would be when they were married.

It was a wonderful evening, although it didn't last long. They were too tired, Calvin fell asleep immediately, Gwyneth was dead too. Anyway, they could continue with the celebration at home. For now they'd go to sleep and wait for their report cards.

The next morning, Gwyneth and Calvin had breakfast with the leftovers from the night before, while they waited for her grades.

The report card is here. Gwyneth got an A and enough credits to obtain her degree.

 

She finished the Uni now. She should be happy but she felt a bit sad for having to leave all this.

To her luck, Calvin would leave with her. He was the best that had happened to her during her time there.

 

Calvin gifted her with flowers to congratulate her for her grades and her coming graduation.

 

"¡Oh, how sweet. Thanks, Calvin!"

Then, while the time arrived, to fight the stress they played videogames.

Before leaving for the ceremony, they took yet another photo for the memory.

 

The time to say goodbye had come.

"So, do I see you in Monte Vista on Monday?"

"Of course, dear. I'll be there".

Gwyneth was trying hard not to cry.

But after the graduation ceremony, the smile returned to her face.

 "And here's my Fine Arts degree!"

"I did it! Mom, Dad, I've graduated!".

"I got my degree, now I go home to fullfill my other dream".

Gwyneth left the gym in a hurry. She didn't want to miss the transportation, and she still had to pick up her suitcase.

  "Okay now, goodbye my dear Uni".
