Miranda and Mike: Getting Famous

Miranda Cho and Mike Langerak are roomies, they share expenses and get along very well, but they aren't a couple - yet.

Recently, Miranda was promoted to Talented Amateur, which she and Mike celebrated with a gift party at their home.

Miranda has started giving her first autographs.

In her road to fame she had the opportunity to meet the truly famous, like The Great Winston, best magician she has ever heard of.

No more sing-a-grams for the moment. Miranda has just got her first gig at Verde Park.

Miranda made great progress in ice skating.

And Mike was the sensation at snowboarding.

Miranda's show in Verde Park was so good that same night she was promoted to Local Favorite. Her career is sma noche ascendió a Favorita Local. Hedrcareer is going full steam ahead!

Auditioning for the proprietor of Flying V. Coffee house, she got another gig.

That night there was a party at her grandmother Lisa Bunch's house. There, Miranda ran into her impossible love: Mitch Lee. She has always been in love with him, the problems is he's married.

At that party was where Mike met Lisa, Miranda's grandmother. And so his life took a "little" turn.

Thing is, Mike found Lisa too sexy to be a grandma, and Lisa was simply bewitched by Mike.

That must have been the reason why, when Miranda and Lisa were left alone in the kitchen, Lisa proposed that she and Mike leave their little beginner house anbd come to live with her to her luxurious mansion.

Make didn't think it was a bad idea; Miranda didn't know what to make of it. Grandma's house is beautiful, anyone would love to live there, but on the other hand, she doesn't like la casa de la abuela es preciosa, cualquiera querría vivir ahí, pero por otro lado, a Miranda doesn't like the way things are going. Those looks between his grandma and Mike... 

But destiny conspired against Miranda, cause that same week an accident happened with the fireplace and their house burned down. Both she and Mike could have been killed, had he not taken control of the situation.

When the firefighters arrived, Mike had been able to control de fire, but the house was ruined, and the burnt smell was intolerable.

After such a shock, Miranda seriously considered accepting her grandma's offer.

That day Miranda participated in a SimFest that took place at the park.

Mike was there, applauding her performance. Miranda did it great, she well could've win the award.

But the talented and super-famous Vocal Legend Myriam Royale participated too and, as always, she was the one who won the prize.

In the end, Miranda and Mike decided to move in with her grandma, since they didn't have enough money to rebuild and repair the damages after the fire.

Lisa and Mike hit it off right away. The first day at her house they talked for hours. Lisa likes Mike a lot and he finds her fascinating.

That's because she doesn't look exactly like a grandma, could it be because she's an actress? Could be, Miranda said she looked that young tbecause of the many surgeries she has undergone. no offense to grandma, of course

Miranda was a little worried about this new "friendship" between grandma and Mike.

"I hope Mike and my grandmother know what they're doing. Mike's life for one is perfect as it is, why ruin it?

Don't panic! That woman having dinner on the terrace is not a thief, but Lisa, in one of the disguises of her work.as a Superstar Actress.

Janel Landers wants to know if Mike would like to go on a date with her.

 "Yeah, sure, why not? ...Wait, who the hell is Janel Landers?

Before Mike could leave for his appointmene with the mysterious Miss Landers, Lisa stopped him at the entrance. As it was to be expected, Mike completely forgot about the date.

Lisa invited Mike to meet her superstar trailer. No one knows what happened in there, but it's not hard to imagine.

Lisa and Mike arrived together to the Flying V. Coffee to watch Miranda's concert.

Miranda wonders, what are those two doing together?  Not that she cares, since she and Mike aren't sweethearts or anything of the like; and grandma is free to go out with whomever she wants, but -- Isn't she a bit -- old for him? Oh, well, if he doesn't mind...

The show starts, Mike and Lisa applaud to the top of their heads.

While she sang, Miranda forgot about Mike and grandma to think of Mitch. She wished he had come to see the show, but -- What for? Mitch is married, they will never be, unless Mitch would break his marriage, which is not likely.

  

Lisa and Mike watched the stars together after the show.

Time continued to pass, Miranda and Mike are still living in Lisa Bunch's house. The weather hasn't been good lately in Starlight Shores.

Although Miranda doesn't agree with Mike and her granmother's romance, she and Mike continue to be best friends. They still have breakfast together every morning to talk about their dreams and achievements.

 

Meanwhile, Lisa lives obsessed with every wrinkle that appears in her face. She can't afford to look old now that she's in a relationship with Mike. Maybe it's time to see the plastic surgeon again.

 

There haven't been any new gigs for Miranda's agenda, so she went back to deliver sing-a-grams to make some money. Ouch -- she hurt her foot delivering one to Addison Bates, maybe she's losing practice?

Since Mike and Lisa are together all the time, Miranda decided to go out a littler more, so she finally accepted to go on a date with Craig Elson. Craig is very handsome, but he has a flaw: he's married, yeah, just like Mitch. What a luck!

That's a shame cause everything went beautifully at their date, but Miranda doesn't feel well destroying homes. If at least this was Mitch...

And what a review from the venue propietor!

 "The audienced loved you... Only you know that you could've done better".

The best of all was that Mitch was in the audience!

He stayed after the show, they danced together and all. Miranda couldn't believe it. It was only a dance, but even so, itr was a perfect night.

After the concert at the Karaoke, Miranda continued working. She went to deliver a sing-a-gram to Madeleine Buckshot, who took the opportunity to ask her about Mike. Miranda had to tell her about his relationship with her grandma, the famous Lisa Bunch. Madeleine was disappoinmted and, well, it is clear that Mike likes them a bit older.

Yeah, how to forget how Mike flirted with Myriam Royale that night they sang together at Los Sueños Club. Mike was a little off key but Myriam was fascinated with him!

The rest of the week, Miranda spent it delivering sing-a-grams. Among them, one for her admired Winston Casanova,  a.k.a. The Great Winston.

By the weekend, they are all relaxed, enjoying an evening on the terrace of Lisa's mansion.  That's their life with the rich and famous. Mike and Miranda have taken the first step towards fame and celebrity.
