Noelle Kamel

Noelle is Anwar Kamel's wife. This sim is not my creation, but her look and personality is. To be frank, I don't remember how she appeared in Anwar's life, but doing a little bit of history, Noelle was the girl who delivered the newspaper. As bad luck would have it, I don't remember her last name, so I'm introducing her by her married name. Like her husband, Noelle is in the Law Enforcement career. She is a beautiful, intelligent and brave woman. She and Anwar had only one daughter: Farah Kamel.
