Back in China

November 22, 2012

Tony is back in China and is now exploring the Temple of Heaven.

He had to take a nap inside the Temple. It's morning already but Tony didn't sleep well at all. Too bad, he has to continue exploring.

Thankfully, in that very bedroom he found a chest with some treasures.

The Temple is a total labyrinth!

Finally, another door opened. Tony didn't want to check out the new laberyrinth, less when he's still too sleepy.

He's looking for the other bedroom, it must be around here.

Here it is. It looks so sumptuous and comfortable.

 "It's a shame Cass didn't come with me".

Now, to sleep comfortably. During that night Tony dreamed of the treasures that are still left to be found in the enormous temple.

The day after, it looks like he has picked up everthing he could. It's tiem to leave.

But first he climbed to the highest of the Temple of Heaven, the view from there is really impressive.

Arriving to his vacation home. There are some gifts from friends in the mailbox.

The plants had started to wilt, Tony watered them to revive them.

Also, he fed his pigeon Flip, who didn't look very hungry, by the way.

"Now, let's see if I can finish this novel".

Tony entertains himself painting while his guests arrive. He threw a costume party for some of his friends from france that are now in China.

Tony as always would use his favorite costume, the astronau one.

Tony found his friend's Betarice Bonnet costume funny. He can't contain his laugh, let's hope she doesn't be offended.

There is Albert Fouchier and Fatima Amin. The last time he saw her in Egypt she turned into a zombi, today is full moon night, I hope it doesn't occur to her.

Chatting and sharing with friends Tony improved his Charisma skill to Level 7!

8:25 am. Tony fell asleep on the couch. The party ended at 3 am. Aimee and Bao Louie stayed the night cause she felt indiposed. Finally, in the morning, Tony had to ask them (very kindly) to leave. He wa exhausted!

The idea of coming to China alone was to finish his novel, since there's a lot of distractions in Hidden Springs, but it seems like there are some here as well, and they're many.

A break to drink some chai with chocolate chips. Maybe that will wake him up.

It was useless, Tony is very stressed.

"I think I'm having the writer's block, I need to go out for a while".

He went to spend the afternoon at Hot Springs.

Swimming in the pool was relaxing.

The he practiced his Fishing. Tony caught the largest Red Herring bigger ever caught! It's a perfect fish of 8.75 kg weight, with a value of at least $5.

Time to return home.

Now, more rested, Tony starts to write.

Before going to bed he fed his fish.

And then painted for a while.

The next day, at the market he started a pillow fight with his friend Adaeze Min, the special  merchant. That was a different way to battle stress and writer's block.

Tony had a lot of fun with Adaeze, and the inspiration returned. 

Buying Up Land has been finished and is ready to be enjoyed by the vaudeville genre fans. Many will surely find some similarities with There Is not No No, although Tony is known for his originality. Tony will receive 6 royalty payments of $4,233.
