Creating Nectar, Adventure in the Forgotten Tomb and a New Quest

Champs Les Sims, France, Octubre 26, 2013

The next day I was already in France. There was a lot to do, but - where to begin?"

I started by going to the Nectary to practice my nectar making.

Then I went down to the cellar, where I discovered a well I didnt't resist to explore. I found a bottle of 17 year old Plum Nectar 17 worth 112 simoleons. Will it still taste good?

Behind a hidden door I found gold coins".

 Then, after another hidden door...

~ Certificate of Inspection ~
"This cellar has been certified as safe and structurally stable. Next recquired inspection: August, 1872".

Behind yet another hidden door I discovered something that glowed on a pedestal in the center of the

A very fine and very ancient bottle of nectar . I don't remember its name or its date, at this point it is already stored at the bottom of my own cellar.

A fourth hidden door appeared before me, but I was too tired alreday, so I decided to take a break.

I would sleep for the rest of the night, early the next day I would continue my journey.

As soon as I woke up I remembered I should deliver 3 bottles of nectar, so I went back upstairs to the Nectary.

"You are well on your way to being a renowned creator of Nectars! Now I want you to create a Nectar that is at least Very Nice or better and bring it to me. I shall reward you with some Nectar."

"T'll shall reward you with some Nectar". Yeah right, as if I needed yet more alcohol. Anyway, I'll make the nectar when I finish exploring here.

I had to use the sands of understanding to find this movable statue.

Impossible to continue without the key to that door. Well, it'll be some other time.

I retreated to my home to rest. I didn't want to spend another night in the cellars of the Nectary.

Lucky I had the foresight to buy a comfortable vacation house in France too. Sleeping in this cozy bed it's not the same as lying down in that uncomfortable camping tent.

The next morning I returned to the Nectary to work on the nectar I had been asked to make.

Then, to clear my head, I strolled around the area and digged in search of relics.

Exploring I discovered a staircase hiding in the Forgotten Tomb, very close to the Nectary.

Already in the basement, under the Forgotten Tomb.

As always, with the Pangu's Axe it was easier for me to remove piles of rubble to get to the bottom of the tomb.

Almost without looking for it, I completed the Mound of the Forgotten Tomb adventure. Wow.

I went back to the Nectary and, while I waited for my nectar to be ready, I continued writing my most recent book.

Finally I could obtain 3 bottles of Nectar of Great Quality.

Jeannine Lambert: "This is simply magnificent! There is nothing else I have to teach you for now. You know what you know.. Although I think you could take the nectarmaking to a golden age from a class never seen before. Accept this bottle of nectar and these simoleons. You have been of great help for me, Tony".

Chilling out with a glass of nectar I prepared myself for my next quest in France. That same afternoon I received a phone call: My name is Gustave Delven. I'm an avid amateur historian, with a major in local history of Champs Les Sims. The thesis of my book is that the delicous nectar beverage was invented here a thousand years ago by Jean Necteaux. I recquire the assistance of an ambicious sim who can interview Claudine Girard for any information concerning our history and then report to me".

After interviewing Claudine Girard...
"Yes, I know a little about the local history of Champs Les Sims. Let me tell you..."

I had to go back abruptly to Hidden Springs cause my visa expired. While applying for another one I took a break and learned the Machiavellian Eggs recipe".

I also improved my Nectar Making skill to Level 7. Now I can mass produce nectar using the Nectowhiz, which can now create more bottles, although of a reduced quality.
