Robert and Camille Move to Island Paradise

Cornell's parents, Robert and Camille, Cornell, moved to Island Paradise to be close to their oldest son, since their youngest, Antoine had left for the University and after that he planned to move to his own apartment.

Robert was semi-retired from Law Enforcement, he had reached level 10 and was now a DNA Profiler. Camille also had reached the highest level of the Cooking career, and was now a Five Star Chef. She had plans of opening a restaurant or a bakery at the Island. Robert  o en su carrera, que es la de Cocina. Ahora era Chef de Cinco estrellas y tenía planes de abrir un restaurant o una pastelería en la Isla. Robert would probably help her with her business when he had retired for good.

The Langerak seniors' new home also welcomed their pet, a German shepherd named Booker.

Robert and Camille finished decorating their new home, although it still needed new furniture, but they would be adding them little by little.

The day after their arrival, Robert woke up early as always cause Booker got in the bedroom and started scratch the dresser.

"Booker, you ad boy, you can't scratch people's furniture. No treat for you today, sorry", Robert scolded him.

And then he served himself a bowl of cereal. The kitchen needed urgent cleaning, but Camille was still sleeping, she was exhausted after the moving, so he'll take care. After breakfast, of course.

By the way, he had to eat in the living room cause the dining table hadn't arrived from Hidden Springs yet.

The house had a huge garden with its own orchard, but the plants had started to wither, so Robert took care of them, thinking that he could make good money with their fruits.

Although it wasn't going to be easy; it took him the whole morning and a part of the afternoon to get them in good shape. he needed to finish soon cause he had promised Camille he would take her to see the Island.

Another attraction of the new house was that it included two new pets: a gold-blue macaw and a squirrel. Camille proceeded to feed them and played with them for a while.

She loves pets, so she didn't mind being in charge of two more besides Booker.

Booker probably was jealous of the macaw and the squirrel cause he started to chew and scratch the lawn furniture while Camille served his food.

From the look on Camille's face, you can tell she didn't like Booker's behavior at all.

"Aw, Book. would you stop chewing my lawn furniture? And - what is that I'm seeing? You have fleas!"

Needless to say how Booker felt when he was notified that he would receive an anti-flea bath.

Camille was starting to lose hope to go seeing the city. She had so much work to do with the house, the dog, the new pets and then was this Robert's endless garden task, not to mention she hadn't even started to cook dinner!

She wondered as well when she would be able to see Cornell, Alexandra and the kids, which were the reason they had moved here in the first place. Long story short, she made something to eat quickly and without trouble. After all she's a Five Star Chef!

While she ate she thought of all the wonderful places to see in the Island, which were a lot. There was even a resort across the street and a vacan houseboat which Robert said he would buy when he retired.

"How nice a massage at the resort spa would be for me. And I sure would enjoy having a houseboat!" she dreamed. She could hardly wait to get out of that silly kitchen apron and into her summer clothes. "Millie, are you ready?", Robert asked, as he went in the kitchen.

"Of course I'm not, you don't think I'd go out dressed like this".
"Well go and get changed then, dear. I'll take care of this mess meanwhile".
Camila breathed with relief.
"Thanks, Bob. Well, Island Paradise, here I go!"
