The Little Scarlet Dragon

Strange noises attracted Sabrina to the lab, and what a surprise she had, when she find herself in front of a dragon. Yes, a little scarlet dragon.

"So this was what that mysterious egg contained... Then it was true, there are dragons in this city!"

"Okay, let's give you a name. I think Scarlet will be a proper name".

"Wow, indeed you can fly".

All the activity and enthusiasm that Scarlet awoke in the Luck's new home left him so exhausted that he passed out in the kitchen.

The breakfast hour was full with excitement, but also with confusion because of Scarlet's presence.

The problem was they did not know whether to treat him as a pet or as a family member, since it wasn't possible for them to control his behavior.

The only thing they could do for Scarlet was feed him. That morning, the whole conversation was about the same subject: what were they going to do with a dragon at home? Would it be a good idea to talk about it at school or at work?

After the kids left for school, Wylie leave the dragon talk aside to ask Sabrina about her novel, while he enjoyed his favorite meal: fried peanutbutter and banana sandwich.

Sabrina didn't look very cheerful cause, the truth, she had been having problems to concentrate and finish her novel. But she hoped that the moving to Dragon Valley, and all the recent events would bring her a bit more inspiration.

That night Wylie didn't play domino, he preferred to lay down cause he was feeling a little ill.

The cold, however, didn't prevent him from reading the kids to sleep as was his custom.

Then he went to study from his Gardening books.

And finally tried to practice some pool tricks, but he was feeling so bad because of the cold that he even had an accident with the billiard ball, which hit him straight in the eyes. So he called it a night and went to bed.
