Starting Over

 Memories of July 1, 2013

While Tony waited for Cassandra's forgiveness, he and all his family had to sail day and night to the house he had just bought.

They wouldn't have to live in a houseboat anymore, now they would have a house big enough for the five of them.

Sure, all that would be no uses if Cassandra decided to break up their marriage. Tony had hope that wouldn't be the case.

But she had been very quiet and had spent most of the trip sitting on the deck, watching the sea. What could she be thinking?

Fortunately for Tony, during this long voyage, Cassandra had time to think thinks well, tput your husband's mistake on the scales along with their years of happy marriage.

On the last night of their trip, Casssandra had made her decision.

To Tony's suprise she forgave him, but she also told him that he would be on probation and he shouldn't fail her again or everything would be over. Tony thought it was fair and accepted the verdict. He would  fullfill Cassandra's condition, even if that meant never going back to Champs Les Sims.

Early in the morning, they arrived to the port where their new home was located.

While Simon, Jessica and Daniel ran from one side of the house to the other, admiring each corner of it, and enjoyed as well the pool and the ocean, Tony and Cassandra sat down and talked until the evening.

They talked about so many things, but most of all they planned for the future.

It was a great relief for Tony to see that nothing had changed between the two of them; on the contrary, their relationship seemed to have gotten stronger. It was like starting over from zero.

The next morning, Tony returned to his aquatic activities. After a short snorkeling session, he went back to Davy Jones Locker's underwater cave to continue exploring it.

What Tony didn't know was that in said cave lived a monster, by which he was attacked.

Fortunately, due to his experience and his high level of physical training, Tony came out unharmed.Jut a few scratches, though, mind you, he was quite stunned.

And the lack of oxygen in his supply made his return to suface more difficult.

However, he managed to make it safe and sound to his sailboat. There, he took a few minutos to recover and then he started on his way home under the pouring rain. He had been in great danger with the monster of the caves, but at the same time, as the adventurer he was, he had found the whole thing quite exciting. Besides, he couldn't care less about the perils of the ocean, knowing his family, and most importantly his beloved Cassandra were waiting for him at their new house, which he could finally call home, sweet home.
