The Romance Goes on

April 3, 2013

On Sunday, Dean called Nicole to invite her to spend the day at his house. For starters, they had a lot of fun playing table tennis. Nicole was delighted since it's her favorite game and, besides, she's an expert.
After the game they drank a bit and had a long talk, in which Dean told her some stories about his adolescence in Hidden Springs.
But the truth was Nicole didn't feel much like talking...

So they didn't talk anymore, at least not in a long while.
When the night fell upon them, Nicole was about to say goodbye, but Dean asked her to sleep over. She wasn't quite sure, cause the next morning was the first day of school, but in the end she accepted, since her classes didn't start early.
Dean was so happy that he even tried to make dinner.
But something didn't go well and the spaghetti ended up burnt.
"Ugh, if my mother could see this..."
He solved the problem by ordering pizza.
Leaveing the failure with dinner aside, the night had gone by wonderfully for Dean. There wasn't any doubt that he and Nicole would be a perfect couple... IF he didn't have a girlfriend and she wouldn't be still in love with Cid.
When they were about to have dinner, two paparazzi arrived and stayed in the porch. This worried Dean cause he didn't know what they were looking for. Perhaps they had seen Nicole arriving? Would they stay there until the next morning when both left for their classes?
Nicole didn't even notice the presence of the paparazzi She didn't even finish her dinner. She was so tired that she decided to go to bed early.
Dean was exhausted too, but he did finish his dinner, and at the same time he made sure that the two intruders would leave the house surroundings.
With that issue fixed, he was able to go to bed in peace. In fact, nothing gave him more peace during those days than to sleep side by side with Nicole, though he knew in advance that their relationship couldn't last.
