Karen, the Rebel

The break of dawn. The moon started to hide, the sun will be out soon at the Uni.
Dylan had spent the rest of the night repairing his Time Machine, What an obsession he has for this device!
For Karen it was a normal day of school. She got out as always at around 6 pm, but she wasn't going home yet, cause she had been invited to Mahmoud Yavari's party and she didn't want to miss it.
Dylan was in a hurry to return home, though. He wanted to take advantage of Karen's absence to detonate some things freely. Lately he had taken those experiments very seriously.
In the end, Karen decided to stop by and see if Dylan would like to go to the party with her. Obviously, he was more interested in his detonations, so whe went to the party by herself.
On her way to the party, she stopped by the park, where a protest was taking place.
Karen had never witnessed a protest before, and this seemed to be an important one.
As a future journalist, she didn't resist to report the events at the campus radio station using her own portable equipment, which, fortunately, she always carried with her.
As if the evening hadn't been interesting enough, at the party she could mind melt with Mahmoud.
Which allowed her to befriend her, now they are the best of friends, they even danced together.
The only unpleasant thing at the party was the challenge, that consisted of rummaging the trash container. Gross! She didn't even find anything worth it, just an old rug. Karen got darty from head to toe and ended up with nausea, but she earned 100 simoleons and improved her influence with the Rebels.
On her way home, behind the cafeteria she saw a girl painting the wall with spray paint. Karen had never tried to paint graffiti before, it seemed like fun. Although, of course, it was kind risky, cause if the cops caught you doing this they could arrest you.
Karen -by chance- was carrying spray painting too, so she gathered the courage and painted, just to know how it would feel. Shane Scroggins, the amateur acrobat from the other day at the park, joined her immediately. Just like Karen thought, it was a lot of fun. Thank goodness there weren't any cops around.
Nothing like street art to brighten up the gray urban space. Karen discovered a side of herself that she didn't even know. First, the protest at the park, then street art. It was a really special evening and Karen earned one point of influence with the Rebels group.
Karen was accepted in the Rebels social group. She even felt like changing her hairstyle.
Dylan couldn't see her new look cause she slept the whole morning thanks to the sleepless night, and in the afternoon she had to run to class with professor Scot McLamoor.
And naturally she fell asleep in the middle of the lecture, which earned her a scolding from her arrogant professor
"I will never stay awake again in my life, I promise".
While Karen dealt with professor McLamoor, Dylan held his second detonation. This time he used an inoperable and worthless computer
He detonated the charge and the computer exploded, causing only a small fire.
Which was quenched by the rain. It wasn't necessary to use an extiguisher, or calling the firefighters. Everything went wonderfully, even the rainbow came out!
Later, on campus, he ran into Ayana again. Their conversation earned him the point he needed to reach Level 10 with the Jocks. Social groups are very demanding, but Dylan has natural skills! He only needs to be admitted by the Rebel group, but now thanks to Karen that won't be difficult.

Es que el príncipe debería preparar clases más atractivas. Jajaja. En cuanto a Dylan, sabía lo que perdía. Es celoso pero no tonto. ;) Saludos y buen fin de semana, Daniel!
